What Is The Agnipath Scheme?

इस साल 46,000 सैनिकों, नाविकों और एयरमैन की भर्ती की प्रक्रिया अग्निपथ योजना के तहत “अखिल भारतीय, सभी वर्ग” के आधार पर शुरू होगी, जिसे सुरक्षा पर पीएम के नेतृत्व वाली कैबिनेट समिति द्वारा अधिकृत किया गया था। नीचे दी गई योजना के आधार पर व्यापक रूप से पूछे जाने वाले कुछ प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए गए हैं।

इस योजना में अधिकारी के पद से नीचे के व्यक्तियों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया शामिल है, जिसमें फिटर, युवा सैनिकों को अग्रिम पंक्ति में तैनात करने का लक्ष्य है, जिनमें से कई चार साल के अनुबंध पर होंगे। यह एक गेम-चेंजिंग प्रोजेक्ट है जो थल सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना को अधिक युवा छवि देगा।

Who Can Apply And Age Limit To This Scheme?

इस योजना के तहत 17.5 से 21 वर्ष की आयु के पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों को इंडियन आर्मी में 04 साल के लिए भर्ती हो सकता और हमारे देश की सेवा कर सकता है।

What Are The Eligibility Criteria For This Scheme?

जैसे की प्रेस रिलीज़ नोटिस में बताया गया है की इंडियन आर्मी में अग्निपथ योजना में भाग लेने के लिए आपको ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करना होगा, इस योजना में ‘ऑल इंडिया ऑल क्लास’ के आधार पर होगी भर्ती, जिस में आयु 17.5 से 23 वर्ष के बीच होगी। उम्मीदवार इंडियन आर्मी में सोल्जर जनरल ड्यूटी की ट्रेड पर भर्ती में अप्लाई करेगा और सोल्जर जनरल ड्यूटी में अप्लाई करने के लिए आप 10th क्लास पास होने चाइये।

Important Facts Of Agneepath Scheme 2022

• युवाओं का चयन शॉर्ट टर्म यानी 4 साल के लिए किया जाएगा।
• इसके अलावा 25 प्रतिशत सैनिक सेना में रह सकेंगे जो कुशल और काबिल होंगे। हालांकि यह भी तभी संभव होगा जब उस समय सेना में भर्तियां होंगी।
• अग्निपथ योजना के तहत युवाओं को पहले साल 4.76 लाख का सालाना पैकेज मिलेगा। चौथे साल तक यह पैकेज 6.92 लाख हो जाएगा। इसके अलावा अन्य भत्ते भी मिलेंगे।
• 4 साल की सेवा के बाद युवाओं को 11.7 लाख रुपये का सेवा कोष दिया जाएगा। इस सर्विस फंड पर कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा।
• अगर देश की सेवा के दौरान किसी अग्निवीर की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसके परिवार के सदस्यों को ब्याज सहित सेवा कोष सहित एक करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि मिलेगी। इसके अलावा बची हुई नौकरी का वेतन भी दिया जाएगा।
• वहीं अगर कोई अग्निवीर विकलांग हो जाता है तो उसे 44 लाख रुपये तक की राशि दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा बची हुई नौकरी का वेतन भी मिलेगा।

अंतिम चयन क्षेत्र परीक्षणों में भागीदारी/उपलब्धियों के स्तर और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इंडियन आर्मी ‘अग्निपथ’ योजना भर्ती 2022 की चयन प्रक्रिया में निम्नलिखित चरण शामिल हैं-

• भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। उम्मीदवारों का चयन पहले के नियमों के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
• देशभर में मेरिट के आधार पर भर्ती की जाएगी। इन भर्ती परीक्षाओं में जिन लोगों का चयन होगा, उन्हें चार साल के लिए नौकरी मिलेगी।

What Are The Terms Of Service Under Agnipath?

Under the AGNIPATH scheme, the Agniveers will be enrolled in the Forces under respective Service Acts for a period of four years. They would form a distinct rank in the Armed Forces, different from any other existing ranks. Upon the completion of four years of service, based on organisational requirement and policies promulgated by the Armed Forces from time-to-time, Agniveers will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent enrolment in the Armed Forces. These applications will be considered in a centralised manner based on objective criteria including performance during their four. year engagement period and up to 25% of each specific batch of Agniveers will be enrolled in regular cadre of the Armed Forces. Detailed guidelines will be issued separately.
