Covid-19 Protocols – All candiates will produce a COVID-19 free/asymptomic certificate and issued within next more than 3 days prior to the commencement date of rally. All candidates shall be carrying masks and gloves. Candidate who are not possession of COVID-19 free/asymptomic certificate & masks/gloves will not be allowed to enter rally site. Strict adherence of COVID-19 protocols shall be followed during the entire conduct of rally
Note – ARO Mangalore Bharti Sports Quota Recruitment/Relationship Rally Recruitment at 0430 PM (No candidate will be allowed to enter after 0530 PM).
Attention all sportsmen participating in recruitment, if you are participating in recruitment from sports, you should not have more than two years of your sports certificate. Certificates older than two years will not be considered for recruitment.

Document Required
1. Admit Card:- Printed with laser printer on good quality paper(Do not shrink the size) (If applicable).
2. Education Certificate:- Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualification achieved by candidate i.e Martic/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognized School/ College/Board/University. Provisional/Online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/University. Candidates with matric certificates from open school should bring school leaving certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
3. School Character Certificate:- School Character certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster where the candidate last studied.
4. Character Certificate:- Character Certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Muncipal Corporation with in last six months.
5. Religion Certificate:- religion Certificate issued by the Teshildar/SDM(if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate.
6. Relationship Certificate:- SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW candidate are required to provide the following documents.
7. Unmarried Certificate:- Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/ Muncipal Corporation with in last six months.
8. Caste Certificate:- Caste Certificate affixed with photograph( Maharashtra State does not issue with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate).
9. Relationship Certificate:- Relationship Certificate issued from respective records office only duly signed by records officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the records officer issuing the relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
10. Affidavit:- Duly signed by candidates on Rs 10/- non-judicial stamp paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidates.
11. Domicile Certificate:- Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Teshildar/ District Magistrate. Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be Produced, Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
12. NCC Certificate:- NCC A/B/C Certificates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photograph of the candidates duly attested by issuing authority provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificate will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC group commanders.
13. Photograph:- Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/ photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
14. Single Bank A/C, Pan Card & Aadhar Card:- Single Bank A/C, Pan Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final selection for purpose of pay and allowances and other social benefits scheme.
District/State Level:- Sportsmen who have represented district at state level and university team or regional team at district level with 1st/2nd position within last two years. Sports certificate should be with registration number and from gout recognised sports institutes/ Bodies as under.
National/International Level:- Sportsmen who have represented india at international level and state at national level within the last two years. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standard is admissible attention is invited to official site.
Education Qualification
- Soldier General Duty (GD) – Class 10th/Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading system of D Grade (33%-40%) in indl subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate in C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.
- Soldier Technical – 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
- Soldier Clerk – 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
- Soldier Nursing Assistant – 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Precautionary Anti COVID Measures and Requisite Documents at Rally Site
- Candidates will have Aarogya Setu Application installed in their phones prior to leaving home station for rally. Screen shot of having green status on the said application will be taken prior to leaving and the same will be checked on the cell phone of the candidate at the rally site.
- Candidates will preferably not travel from any containment Zones.
- Candidates are advised to carry adequate personal facemasks, hand gloves, hand Sanitizer and water bottle for the rally.
- Candidates having any symptoms related to COVID-19 are advised not to move from his home station.
- Candidate will be returned back if symptoms like fever, cold, cough & running nose are detected at the rally site.
COVID-19 Free/Asymptomatic Certificate
All candidates attending the rally will undergo a mandatory health check at a Government Hospital 48 hours before the date of the screening in the rally and will get a certificate stating that the individual is not suffering from COVID-19. Format of medical certificate attached as per Appendix ‘C’.
