COVID-19 Vaccination Certifcate को बनवाने के लिए आपको सरकारी अस्पताल में जा कर कोरोना वैक्सीन लगवाने है और इसके दोनों डोस लेने है उसके बाद आपको इस सर्टिफिकेट को टाइप करवा लेना है किसे भी कैफे पर जा कर और आपको सरकारी अस्पताल में जा कर सरकारी डॉक्टर से ये सर्टिफिकेट भरवा लेना है और उसके बाद डॉक्टर अपने सिग्नेचर और स्टाम्प मर के आपको ये सर्टिफकेट दे देगा इसके बिना आपको इंडियन आर्मी की किसे भी भर्ती रैली में भाग लेने नहीं दिया जायेगा ।

नोट – सभी उम्मीदवार धयान दे की – लदाख स्काउट्स रेजिमेंट सेंटर में भर्ती देखने के लिए जाने से पहले आपको No Risk Certificate & Corona Reporting (Medical Certificate) ले कर जाना होगा | और कोरोना की रिपोर्ट कम से कम 48 से 96 घंटा की होने चाइये जो की (ICMR) Govt Hospital द्वारा बानी होने चाइये और भर्ती देखते समय अपने साथ मास्क हैंड सांइटिज़ेर्स और अपनी पानी की बोतल होने चाइये
Precautionary Anti COVID Measures and Requisite Documents at Rally Site
- Candidates will have Aarogya Setu Application installed in their phones prior to leaving home station for rally. Screen shot of having green status on the said application will be taken prior to leaving and the same will be checked on the cell phone of the candidate at the rally site.
- Candidates will preferably not travel from any containment Zones.
- Candidates are advised to carry adequate personal facemasks, hand gloves, hand Sanitizer and water bottle for the rally.
- Candidates having any symptoms related to COVID-19 are advised not to move from his home station.
- Candidate will be returned back if symptoms like fever, cold, cough & running nose are detected at the rally site.
Army Three Certifcate for Compulsory
इंडियन आर्मी की भर्ती में भाग लेने के लिए आपके पास ये तीन सर्टिफिकेट होने है जरूर अगर इस में से कोई भी सर्टिफिकेट आप नहीं लेट हो तो आपको सीधा रिजेक्ट कर दिया जायेगा ।

- No Risk Certificate
Note – COVID-19 (कोरोना वाइरस ) के कारण भारतीय सेना की भर्ती के कार्यकर्म में बदलाव किया जा सकता है। बदलाव तिथि का नोटिफिकेशन रेजिमेंट सेण्टर द्वारा जारी किया जायगा अतः आर्मी रेल्ली में जाने से पहले समन्धित रजिमेंट सेण्टर से जानकारी प्राप्त कर ले। आदिक जानकारी के लिय आप सेना मुख्यालय की वेबसाइट व रेजिमेंट सेण्टर से सम्पर्क कर सकते है। और COVID-19 नेगेटिव होने का प्रमाण पत्र अवश्य लेके जो 72 घंटे होना पुराना आवश्यक है।

COVID-19 Free/Asymptomatic Certificate
All candidates attending the rally will undergo a mandatory health check at a Government Hospital 48 hours before the date of the screening in the rally and will get a certificate stating that the individual is not suffering from COVID-19. Format of medical certificate attached as per Appendix ‘C’.
NO Risk Certificate
NO Risk Certificate At the rally venue, the candidate should also bring no risk certificate duly signed by him and countersigned by parents/Guardian. Format of no risk certificate attached as per Appendix ‘D’.
